Admissions are open to learners seeking enrollment in our Pre-School, Kindergarten, ECDE Centre, Primary School, and Junior School programmes, subject to the availability of space and fulfillment of the school’s admission requirements.

Parents or guardians seeking admission for their children are encouraged to obtain and complete the official application forms and provide all required information and supporting documentation. These may include, where applicable, copies of the child’s birth certificate, previous academic records, passport-sized photographs, immunization records, transfer documents from a previous school, and any other information necessary to support the admission process.

The school reserves the right to conduct age-appropriate assessments, interviews, or placement evaluations where necessary to determine the most suitable class placement and to ensure that the educational needs of the learner can be appropriately supported.

Admission decisions are made fairly and objectively, taking into consideration the information provided during the application process, available spaces, and the school’s ability to provide a suitable learning environment for the applicant. Fountain Schools is committed to treating all applicants with dignity, fairness, and respect.

Parents and guardians are expected to provide accurate and complete information during the admissions process. Any material misrepresentation or omission of information may result in the withdrawal or cancellation of an offer of admission where deemed necessary and appropriate.

Successful applicants shall receive formal communication regarding their admission status, together with information relating to enrollment procedures, fee requirements, school policies, and other important details necessary for the commencement of learning.

Applications for admission may be submitted throughout the year, subject to space availability and school requirements. The school reserves the right to maintain waiting lists where applications exceed available spaces.
