The school is committed to promoting a culture of respect, empathy, responsibility, and positive relationships among all members of the school community. Learners are encouraged to treat one another with kindness, appreciate diversity, and resolve disagreements peacefully and respectfully.

All learners, staff members, parents, and guardians share responsibility for preventing and addressing bullying. Learners are encouraged to report incidents of bullying or concerns regarding their own safety or the safety of others without fear of retaliation. All reports of bullying shall be taken seriously and handled fairly, promptly, and confidentially.

The school is committed to investigating reported incidents appropriately and taking reasonable steps to ensure the safety and well-being of all affected individuals. Where necessary, appropriate interventions, guidance, support, and corrective measures may be implemented to address bullying behaviors and promote positive relationships.

Fountain Schools recognizes the importance of education and awareness in preventing bullying. Through classroom activities, guidance programmes, assemblies, and learner-centered initiatives, the school seeks to promote empathy, respect, responsible behavior, and positive conflict resolution skills.

The school also recognizes the increasing use of digital technologies and is committed to addressing cyberbullying and promoting responsible online conduct. Learners are encouraged to use digital platforms respectfully and responsibly and to report any form of online harassment or inappropriate behavior.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to work collaboratively with the school in promoting positive behavior, reinforcing respectful relationships, and supporting efforts to prevent and address bullying. Strong partnerships between home and school contribute significantly to creating a safe and supportive environment for every learner.

This Anti-Bullying Policy may be reviewed and updated periodically to ensure continued effectiveness and alignment with best practices and applicable legal requirements.
